Like any mechanical and fabric system exposed to the elements, awnings, shutters, pergolas and screens require periodic maintenance to perform at their best and achieve their full service life. Our maintenance service covers all types of shade systems — regardless of brand or origin.
We offer scheduled maintenance contracts for residential clients, holiday properties and commercial operators, as well as one-off inspection and service visits on request.
What our maintenance service includes:
Fabric inspection — checking for UV degradation, tears, seam separation and soiling. Cleaning and re-tensioning where required.
Mechanical inspection — checking springs, bearings, pivot arms and guide rails for wear, corrosion and correct alignment.
Motor servicing — testing motor operation, limit switch settings, remote control pairing and sensor calibration.
Lubrication — applying appropriate lubricants to all moving parts to reduce wear and prevent corrosion.
Structural check — verifying that wall fixings, brackets and anchors are secure and free from corrosion.
Seasonal adjustment — adjusting tension and settings ahead of the summer and winter seasons.
Maintenance contracts
We offer annual and biannual maintenance contracts that include a scheduled visit, a full service report and priority response for any repairs identified during the visit. Contracts are available for individual installations or entire properties with multiple systems.
